Shipping & Returns

Shipping 

Our printer makes each jacket when ordered. Typically you should receive your order within the standard 7 to 10 business days. However, it can take a few days longer. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the jacket has been made and shipped. If you have any questions or concerns please send an email to info@coolcatsforanimalrescue.com. 

Return & Exchange 

Our printer will not accept returns, so if you need a different size please send an email within a week of receipt with your name/address and order number to info@coolcatsforanimalrescue.com for more detailed return assistance. Also, if there is an issue with damage or quality please send an email with a photo, your name/address and order number within a week of receipt. Thank you!
